Marc is a hands-on leader with a multi-generational real estate background. Prior to founding Iris Holdings Group, he served as Managing Principal at Black Iris Capital, where he spearheaded the acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition, of numerous multi-family properties in New York City. He remains a Principal at Black Iris Capital as well as at Black Iris Advisors, its real estate compliance and consulting subsidiary. Marc oversees our relationships with banks, lenders, investors, family-offices, and numerous real estate funds. He also maintains an active role in all portfolio-wide renovations and works creatively to cut costs and boost efficiency. Marc also sits on the Board of Directors of Dun & Bradstreet Latin America.
